I'm thrilled to announce that I will be holding a Geek Yoga class at the Garden State Comic Fest - Atlantic City edition on April 7th.
WHERE & WHEN
Come do some accessible, beginner Yoga on Saturday, April 7th from 2:30-3:30 in the Heart & Soul Room at the Showboat.
We'll be using chairs for support with options to do the poses seated or standing. You won't need any extra equipment (unless you're really prepared for it at a comic con, then feel free to bring your props).
