Join Amber on July 23 at 11:30am for a special Yoga for Depression practice. This trauma-sensitive workshop includes some time for breathing, meditation, and an asana practice. Take time to connect with your body to identify where your grief, depression, or self-loathing can be physically felt. Please let the instructor know if you need chair accessible options.
Pre-registration is appreciated. If you can't make it, you can cancel.
