About the event
This three-part series can be taken as a whole or independently. Sessions will be broken down to address the mind-body connection using the Yoga principles of the Gunas: balanced state (sattva), agitated (rajas), withdrawn (tamas).
$50 for all three workshops or $20 each.
Yoga for Anxiety
Join Amber on July 16 at 11:30am for a special Yoga for Anxiety practice. This trauma-sensitive workshop includes some time for breathing, meditation, and an asana practice. Take time to connect with your body to identify where your anxiety, nervousness, or anger can be physically felt. We’ll use that energy to our advantage and expend those energies to leave us in a calmer state.
