"Low Flow" Aerial Yoga - the aerial hammock is set below the hips, but not as low as restorative aerials. Sequences will be slow and gentle interspersed with "Yin" style postures in the silks (they're held for longer periods). Cool down can be done a variety of ways, but a cocooned savasana is most common.
