Chair Yoga Series
Honor Yoga Washington is hosting a four-part Chair Yoga series beginning November 10, 2021. Each class is one of hour of Western Postural Yoga using a chair as a support and also as a prop. Other props may be used: blocks, blanket, yoga strap.
